| Below are some links to photography-related galleries/sites: Flickr - This is a very neat site as you can post a LOT of photos and get comments on them. However, note that the free version only supports a limited upload/month and you can create only 3 sets (albums) of photos. Also another cool aspect is that you can participate in groups and exchange photos with your friends! You can log in to Flickr via your Yahoo! account. Photobucket - Photobucket is a free photo hosting site. It does not have an upload limit/month and you can create neat exportable slideshows. DeviantArt - This is the number one stop when it comes to artists who want to sell their works. The free membership is ad-supported and has some minor inconveniences (such as low income when it comes to selling art). However, the user may upload as many photos as he/she likes. | ||

Of these two services I prefer Flickr for storing, sorting, and posting photographs on the web. I have a paid account, which offers me unlimited number of sets and upload limits.
But I find the photobucket slide show works best in the Wetpaint Wiki environment. Both are great offerings whether you choose a free account or a paid account on either website! |
