| 1. How do I submit an article/tutorial? In order to submit an article/tutorial you must click on the EasyEdit button and create a new page in the appropriate category. 2. How do I add my own Gallery page? In order to submit your own Gallery page, you must create a new page using the Gallery template. 3. How do I submit a Project? Projects cannot be submitted at the moment. However, you can make a suggestion by posting a comment on the Projects page. 4. How do I submit a Download? To submit a Download, you have to announce us that you wish to do so. After we grant you the permission, you can create a new page (see q1 on how to create a page). 5. What's with all the Navigation bars and buttons? The Navigation bars, along with their corresponding buttons are meant to facilitate access to the site's content (articles, tutorials, etc.). 6. What's with all the links in the articles? The links contain within the articles point to other pages. 7. What's with the "See Also" at the end of each article? The "See Also" offer several useful links to related articles. 8. How do I become a moderator? To become a mod you must be a regular poster on our wiki. After you have achieved this "status", you should contact the admin (ABucin). 9. How do I become an admin? Currently this status is unique. In the future, it may be opened for moderators only. 10. How can I have my name featured in the Staff window on the main page? To become a member of our staff (and have your name featured) you must post a minimum of TWO articles or tutorials. | 1. Why are there three colours for Tutorials? The three colors represent different categories of tutorials. The green ones are Photoshop tutorials, the orange ones are photo tutorials, whereas the red ones are Kai Power Tools Tutorials. 2. What does the "Easy" tag represent? The "Easy","Medium" and "Hard" tags are indicators of a tutorial's difficulty. 3. How do the photo tutorials differ from the PS ones? The photo tutorials cover aspects of the digital camera, whereas the PS ones explain concepts of the aforementioned software. 4. What PS version do I need for the tutorials to work? Well although any CS version will do, we recommend you use CS3. 5. What digital camera do I need for the Photo tips to apply to me? The tips are meant for any camera, regardless of brand. The important thing is that it must be DIGITAL. 6. What Kai Power Tools version do I need for the tips to apply to me? Version 7 is a MUST, because every new version has different features. |
